I have been working in the music industry since 1998, as live sound engineer on rock and hip-hop concerts, as audio engineer in recording studios and since 2004 I’ve been working as sound technician in London theatres. I have been always interested in live sound. It’s been always my passion to make things sound good, to make them sound ideal for the space/venue. So every task I undertake, every show I mix will be another challenge for me to make people appreciate good sound.
I have wide ranging experience with analogue and digital mixing desks including Midas, Yamaha, Soundcraft, Allen & Heath, Mackie…
I’m experienced in mixing theatre shows from small plays to large scale musical and live music concerts. I am a great believer that sound engineer is another member of the band and working closely with all the musician will allow to bring out the flavour of the music they create.
I can also program and operate lighting desks including EOS, Ion and Strand, and I’m experienced follow-spot operator.
I produce music as well as engineer for others in my home studio (hip-hop, electronica, pop, indie) and I’m a DJ (progressive, deep, electro, tech and funky house). As a producer I mix genres to find new interesting ideas, and never restrict myself to one genre. My DJ sets are also very versatile, I try to focus on making public jump and if that demands randomness of my sets – that’s what I try to achieve.
